The President of the United Republic of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan said Religions have an important and unique part in continuing to build a society with morals, unity, love, peace, and solidarity.

Dr. Samia stated while laying the foundation stone for the construction of Al Ghaith Mosque, located in Kilakala Ward, Morogoro Urban, under the Islamic Foundation.
“In my conversations with Muslims in Morogoro Region, I have reminded them to continue building more madrasas (schools) to provide our children with religious education that will enable them to be good and righteous citizens for the family and the Nation as a whole”, she wrote online.
