The Executive Director of the Union of Tanzania Press Clubs UTPC, Kenneth Simbaya has called on the Government Media and privates to consider professionalism in their responsibilities.
Kenneth Simbaya stated, when he presented a topic regarding the 2024 and 2025 Local Government Elections in Mlimani City, Dar es Salaam in a meeting of information industry stakeholders.
Kenneth Simbaya also said the Department of Information should supervise the media to ensure their impartiality.
“Journalists should be respected by other stakeholders when they are executing their duties”, added Simbaya.
